There are some issues you don’t have to worry about with tomatoes as they are related to weather typically. The bumps that grow on your tomato stems or ‘Stem Primordia’ often happens with lots of rain and humidity. Your stem is just growing roots. Lots of rain daily over several days can cause tomatoes to crack and mold. Some tomato varieties are more prone to this issue. It just happens.
