The Tamil Nadu government introduced ‘mottaimadi thoti thittam’ (Kitchen Garden) enables people to grow vegetable garden on their house terrace. Each ration card holder gets five kits to set up their garden. Its a boon for people in urban areas where they are devoid of space.
