Hi everyone, I recently harvested some home-grown beetroot from my little balcony garden. It’s a great feeling – growing something from seed and watching it get bigger through the weeks. I’m not going to be winning any prizes for my produce but I got some great use out of the leaves and the beets. Speaking of beets – today I’ll be making an easy, quick beetroot dip. It has a sweet, rich flavour, which even beetroot haters might be a fan of!
