Everybody has heard of it but very few people seem to use. It is an absolutely brilliant herb for adding to basic tomato sauces, cheese based quiches or flans. Thyme works great with chicken, lamb or pork.
Probably the most simplest herb to grow in a pot or your garden and so much better fresh, easy from seed and cuttings with a few simple rules
