Part 1 of 2 – William Moss tours community gardens in Brooklyn, New York that are harvesting rain water from rooftops for use in the gardens.



In this episode he visits The Backyard Garden in the Red Hook neighborhood and is given the tour by Lenny Librizzi, Assistant Director at Grow NYC. Lenny shows one of their rainwater collection systems their organization installs to help conserve water, as well as make it easily accessible to gardeners.
