All of our currants are suddenly ready for harvesting and there is a limit to what you can make and do with so many at any point so a great thing to do is to preserve them for longer by freezing them. It can take a but of time to harvest but worth it for having a blackcurrant crumble in the middle of the cool winter months! The next video will be about strawberry propagation.
