Over the last 6 weeks I’ve shown how easy it is to grow your own spinach – one of the most nutritious plants available for food. Only 6 weeks ago I planted spinach seeds in my hybrid raised bed garden. Now it’s plenty developed and ready to eat. I also show how it has grown alongside mustard-spinach hybrid that I bought from Morganton Feed and Seed. Both of these are making for excellent salads and cooked greens to supplement my largely plant-based diet.
