This is an update to my “How to Grow Spinach” video where I also planted mustard spinach greens from Morganton Feed and Seed in Burke County, NC. This update shows the impressive growth of particularly the mustard, which I’m already eating in salads after only 5 weeks of growth. I do a general garden update as well.
