Sow Borage in August & September for flowering the following year. Borage has many uses from teas, vinegar to cream cheese spread! Can be grown in the flower bed or vegetable garden plus the bees love it.
Borage leaves do contain a small amount of silica which may irritate the skin of sensitive individuals, so handle with care, whether they are fresh or dried.
