A surprising bumper crop from the first container of Blight Resistant Sarpo Mira Potatoes harvested this year.
This was a 50 litre pot with 3 seed potatoes in.
Usually I use 30 litres with 2 potatoes in it but I had 3 spare and just chucked them into this bigger pot and forgot about them and didn’t even water.
The other plants are still growing and were watered.
So I was really happy with the haul of spuds, even if they weren’t as big as hoped.
