Preparing the sand containers for this years Exhibition Long & Stump Carrots.
As always a 3″ drainpipe is used to take a core out of the sand and then the hole is widened using a thick shaft.
The holes are filled with the growing mixture and that’s about it.
Repeat about a hundred times, strain your stomach muscles and hope they grow well after all the effort.
