Making some Chilli Flakes from the excess crop of chillies this year.
Easy and fast, just pick the chillies of choice, wash and cut lengthways.
Keep the seeds in or remove depending on how hot you want them.
Place on a baking tray in a cool oven at around 80-90 C for 3 hours until perfectly dry and crisp.
Then just crush or grind to your personal texture.
