Time to harvest this years bumper crops of Banana Shallots and Garlic.
The garlic was Spring planted in late March and the Banana Shallots sown from seed in early March variety “Zebrunne”.
I just started to get a little rust on the garlic but this late on it didn’t make any difference.
The Shallots were still growing but were more than big enough to harvest as were the garlic bulbs.
So thanks to the best Summer weather for years a bumper crop.
